Mark's Cinnamon Grilled Peaches
INGREDIENTS //
2 Large Peaches, pitted and quartered.
2 Tablespoons Three Rivers Farm Cinnamon Maple Syrup
2 Teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oils
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vingegar
1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS //
In a large bowl combine the peaches, cinnamon maple syrup and olive oil. Sear peaches on the grill for about a minute on each side. Return peaches to bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. Serve immediately! Pairs wonderfully with pork.
Cedar Plank Maple Ginger Salmon
INGREDIENTS // 1 cup Three Rivers Farm Ginger Maple Syrup ⅓ cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice 6 Garlic cloves, minced 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce 2lb center cut Salmon fillet, with skin. 1 bunch Scallions Salt and Pepper to taste DIRECTIONS // 1. In a small sauce pan combine, maple syrup, lemon juice, garlic and soy sauce. 2. Simmer and reduce to about 1 cup (about 30 minutes). 3. Let cool. 4. Cinnamon Whipped Cream
INCREDIENTS //
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Three Rivers Farm Cinnamon Maple Syrup
DIRECTIONS //
Using an electric mixer, whip until firm peaks form. Serve on Apple Pie, Bourbon Pumpkin Pie or Hot Chocolate.
Holiday Cranberry Compote
2 Cups Sweet Port Wine Zest of 1 Orange 20 Whole Cloves 3 or 4 Whole Cinnamon Sticks Combine in a 2 quart sauce pan, and simmer on low heat for one hour. Remove the zest and cloves from the port wine.
