Holiday Cranberry Compote

2 Cups Sweet Port Wine Zest of 1 Orange 20 Whole Cloves 3 or 4 Whole Cinnamon Sticks Combine in a 2 quart sauce pan, and simmer on low heat for one hour. Remove the zest and cloves from the port wine. Bourbon Apricot Glaze

Ingredients // ¾ cup Three Rivers Farm Bourbon Maple Syrup ½ cup Apricot preserves 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 2 Tablespoons Butter   Directions //  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. 2. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce down until thick and syrupy, about 10-15 minutes. Excellent on ham and salmon.
