Overnight Oats with Coffee Maple Syrup
Mix one cup of oats with one cup of milk in a jar. Add in about 2 tablespoons of coffee maple syrup. Stir, put a lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight. Serve in a bowl and add any toppings you like - don't forget the extra coffee maple syrup!
Bourbon Maple Glazed Pork Chops
Mix together 1/4 cup bourbon maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat a pan with oil or butter and cook pork shops for 4-5 mins on each side. Add in the mixture above and cook for another 3-5 minutes making sure the pork chops get coated in the glaze. Serve the pork chops with the extra sauce remaining in the pan!
Spicy Margarita with Habanero Maple Syrup
Ingredients:
Under the Bark Habanero Maple Syrup
Lime Juice
Tequila
Triple Sec
Carbonated Water
Jalapeños
Squeeze the juice of two limes into a shaker bottle along with 1.5 ounces of tequila and 1 ounce of triple sec. Add about a tablespoon of Under the Bark Habanero Maple Syrup and give it a good shake. Serve over ice with some sparkling water and add a few jalapeños for garnish!
Cinnamon Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients: Sweet Potatoes Olive Oil Salt Under the Bark Cinnamon Maple Syrup Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cut your sweet potatoes into small pieces and place on parchment paper. Drizzle the sweet potatoes with oils oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the sweet potatoes begin to soften and brown. Remove them from the oven and drizzle the Cinnamon Maple Syrup over the sweet potatoes. Use a spatula to move them around until they are coated in the syrup. Bake for another 3-5 minutes.
