Under The Bark French Bread
Ingredients // 2 ½ cups Water (95-105°F) 2 Tbsp Under The Bark Maple Syrup1 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast 2 Tbsp Olive Oil ¾ Tbsp Salt 5½-6 cups Flour Egg Wash //1 Large Egg 1 Tbsp Water Directions // 1. Cinnamon Maple Sweet Potatoes
INGREDIENTS //
3 Sweet Potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
3 Tablespoons Under The Bark Cinnamon Maple Syrup
3 Tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
DIRECTIONS //
1. Preheat the oven to 400.
2. Line baking sheet w/ parchment paper.
3. Combine all the ingredients coating the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Roast for 20 min.
6. Flip and roast for an additional 10-15 min, until caramelized.
7. Pour a little extra syrup on top for added flavor.
Maple Glazed Carrots
Ingredients//6 Large Carrots, peeled and cut into 2 in pieces.1 Tbs. Olive Oil2 Tbs Under The Bark Maple SyrupSalt and pepper to taste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Directions//1. Preheat oven to 4002. Saute carrots with olive oil on medium heat3. once they are slightly browned, turn down the heat and add Maple syrup4. season with salt and pepper and put them in an oven-safe dish5. roast for 10-15 min stirring halfway through

Ingredients//1 ½ c. Oats⅔ c. peanut butter2 Tbs. Under The Bark Maple Syrup¾ c. mini choc. chips⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Directions//1. Mix all ingredients together *Add any other ingredients you might want (ex. coconut, chia seeds, etc...)2. Form round balls about 1-2in in size 3. Refrigerate for 30 min 4. Eat!
