Mark's Cinnamon Grilled Peaches

INGREDIENTS // 2 Large Peaches, pitted and quartered. 2 Tablespoons Under The Bark Cinnamon Maple Syrup 2 Teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, finely chopped   DIRECTIONS // In a large bowl combine the peaches, cinnamon maple syrup and olive oil. Sear peaches on the grill for about a minute on each side. Return peaches to bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and fresh basil. Serve immediately! Pairs wonderfully with pork.

INCREDIENTS // 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Under The Bark Cinnamon Maple Syrup   DIRECTIONS // Using an electric mixer, whip until firm peaks form. Serve on Apple Pie, Bourbon Pumpkin Pie or Hot Chocolate.
