Sourcing & Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Pure maple syrup, Organic Madagascar vanilla bean

We start with 100% pure maple syrup sustainably sourced from sugarbushes in Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest. Real vanilla beans are steeped directly in the syrup, allowing their rich aroma and naturally complex flavor to fully infuse every batch. Crafted in small batches, each bottle delivers the perfect balance of creamy vanilla warmth and pure maple sweetness—without artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

Under the Bark is a family-owned and operated company rooted in the Minnesota. Our pure maple syrup is harvested exclusively from Wisconsin and Upper Midwest maple woods.

As masters of infused maple syrup, we craft unique flavor profiles by partnering with local growers and producers to source the freshest regional ingredients for every batch.

We believe in the power of "whole" ingredients. Our syrups are a natural, unrefined alternative to processed sugars–pure, simple and never compromised by artificial additives.

Shop small. Support local.

Under The Bark crafts small-batch, flavor-infused maple syrups sourced directly from the forests of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Founded by Austin and Madeline Miller, we celebrate the Upper Midwest by blending pure maple with whole ingredients. Every bottle is a labor of love, designed to bring a unique, artisan touch to your favorite family recipes.

I have normally purchased this in the largest sized bottles, as I use it every day in coffee, on oatmeal, etc. The company is currently out of the largest sized bottles, which is a better value. It is very delicious, and I will continue to buy it regularly.

Best Maple Syrup Ever!!

I found you at the European Market in St. Paul three years ago and have not bought any other brand of Maple Syrup since. I have tried a number of your flavors - Vanilla, Bourbon, Cardamom, Cinnamon and regular. My family and I have loved everyone of them!

I loved it and my family did too

I loved it and my family did too. The syrup wasn't too thick or too runny and oh the flavor was so good, the vanilla beans that sit in there make it taste better every time we use it. I hope more people get to try them.

Best Syrup!

Can't go wrong with Vanilla Maple Syrup, it's especially nice on my greek yogurt in the morning with fresh berries.

Love everything about this company! Their syrup turned me into a maple syrup fantanic! I first bought some at a Fall festival and had to have more! It was quickly shipped, which is good, cause I’m ordering more for Christmas gifts 💕
