Bourbon Maple Smash

INGREDIENTS // ½ Ounce Three Rivers Farm Bourbon Maple Syrup ½ Ounce Fresh Orange juice ½ Ounce Fresh emon Juice ¼ Dashes of Angostura Bitters ½ Orange wheel 2 Ounces Bourbon Ice 1½ Ounces Chilled Seltzer   DIRECTIONS // 1. In a rocks glass, combine maple syrup with orange juice, lemon juice and bitters. 2. Add orange wheel and lightly muddle. 3. Add bourbon and stir well. 4. Fill glass with ice and top with chilled seltzer.  Makes 1 drink.

INGREDIENTS // Crust: 1 cup Flour ⅓ cup Shortening ½ teaspoon Salt 5-8 Tablespoon Ice Water Filling: 2 Eggs 1 15oz can Pumpkin Puree ½ cup Three Rivers Farm Bourbon Maple Syrup 1 cup Whole Milk or Cream ¾ teaspoon ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground Ginger ⅛ teaspoon ground Cloves ¼ teaspoon Salt DIRECTIONS // Crust: 1.  INGREDIENTS // 3 Cups Brussel Sprouts- outer leaves removed and cut in half ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg 1 teaspoon Salt 3 Tablespoon Coconut or Olive Oil ¼ cup Three Rivers Farm Bourbon Maple Syrup   DIRECTIONS // 1. Preheat over to 400 degrees. 2. Place brussel sprouts on a baking sheet, 3. coat with oil and top with nutmeg and salt. 4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until almost done. 5. Stir and drizzle bourbon maple syrup over the brussel sprouts. 6. Roast for 5 more minutes.
