Smokey Maple Brussel Sprouts
1 lb Brussel sprouts, halved2 tbsp Under The Bark Smoke infused Maple Syrup2 tbsp Olive oilSalt and Pepper to taste
Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until tender, drizzle with smoke maple syrup, and bake 5-7 minutes until caramelized.

Ingredients // 2 ½ cups Water (95-105°F) 2 Tbsp Under The Bark Maple Syrup1 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast 2 Tbsp Olive Oil ¾ Tbsp Salt 5½-6 cups Flour Egg Wash //1 Large Egg 1 Tbsp Water Directions // 1. Cinnamon Maple Sweet Potatoes
INGREDIENTS //
3 Sweet Potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
3 Tablespoons Under The Bark Cinnamon Maple Syrup
3 Tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
DIRECTIONS //
1. Preheat the oven to 400.
2. Line baking sheet w/ parchment paper.
3. Combine all the ingredients coating the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
5. Roast for 20 min.
6. Flip and roast for an additional 10-15 min, until caramelized.
7. Pour a little extra syrup on top for added flavor.
Maple Glazed Carrots
Ingredients//6 Large Carrots, peeled and cut into 2 in pieces.1 Tbs. Olive Oil2 Tbs Under The Bark Maple SyrupSalt and pepper to taste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Directions//1. Preheat oven to 4002.
