Bourbon + Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients:  1 cup milk  2 eggs  2 Tablespoons Bourbon + Cinnamon Maple Syrup  Bread  Powdered sugar for garnish  Mix together the milk, eggs and maple syrup and then soak the bread in the mixture for about a minute on each side. After the bread is soaked, add to a heated pan with butter and cook until the bread is browned on one side and then flip and cook until it is browned on the other side. Serve with powdered sugar and a little more Bourbon + Cinnamon Maple Syrup!

Bourbon Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Bourbon Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Mix together 1/4 cup bourbon maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and set aside.  Heat a pan with oil or butter and cook pork shops for 4-5 mins on each side. Add in the mixture above and cook for another 3-5 minutes making sure the pork chops get coated in the glaze. Serve the pork chops with the extra sauce remaining in the pan!
