Cinnamon Maple Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS // 3 Sweet Potatoes peeled and cut into cubes 3 Tablespoons Three Rivers Maple Syrup 3 Tablespoons coconut oil 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla  ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon nutmeg DIRECTIONS // 1. Preheat the oven to 400.  2. Line baking sheet w/ parchment paper. 3. Combine all the ingredients coating the potatoes evenly. 4. Spread onto the baking sheet in a single layer. 5.
