Process
You might be surprised to hear this but what you see is what you get. We personally source, process, cut and hand stuff each ingredient into every bottle, with the exception of smoke and bourbon (those are slightly different processes). We then re-pasteurize the maple syrup at approx. 190 degrees, the syrup then gets added into each bottle one at a time with the ingredients pre-stuffed into every bottle. Because of the temperature of the syrup, it basically cooks the ingredients flavor into the syrup! That's how we accomplish most of our flavor infusions!
As for the 2 exceptions (Smoke and Bourbon), our bourbon maple syrup gets aged in a bourbon barrel and then gets re-boiled to remove any potential alcohol that's in the syrup before bottling it. The Smoke maple syrup is actually cold smoked for about 3-4 hours to give it that deep and intense smokey flavor!
We believe everything should be kept as simple and as natural as possible which is why we NEVER add anything extra to the syrup. What you see or smell is what you get! We love what we do and we enjoy bringing a twist to our pure and natural sugars!
