Energy Bites
Ingredients//1 ½ c. Oats⅔ c. peanut butter2 Tbs. Under The Bark Maple Syrup¾ c. mini choc. chips⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Directions//1. Mix all ingredients together *Add any other ingredients you might want (ex. coconut, chia seeds, etc...)2. Form round balls about 1-2in in size 3. Refrigerate for 30 min 4. Eat!
Vanilla Latte Overnight Oats
Ingredients //½ c. oats2T coffee (refrigerated/cold)½ c. milk1 tsp. vanilla1tsp. almond butter (peanut or cashew will work too)2 tsp. Under The Bark vanilla maple syrup 1 Dash of salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Directions //1. Mix all ingredients in a mason jar.2. Cover and refrigerate overnight3. Top with more Vanilla Maple Syrup and chocolate chips for some added sweetness! ⠀
Banana Bread Muffins
Ingredients\\½ cup Under The Bark Maple Syrup5 Tbs. Avocado Oil2 eggs2 mashed bananas1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 ⅔ cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon ground cinnamon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀DIRECTIONS\\1. Heat oven to 375 and spray muffin tins.2. Whisk together syrup, oil, and eggs3. Add bananas and vanilla, whisk to combine4. Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon 5. INGREDIENTS //2 cups Flour1 cup Oats2 ½ teaspoon Baking powder1/2 teaspoon Salt1 ¼ cup Cream2 Tablespoons Under The Bark Maple Syrup2 cups Rhubarb2 Tablespoons Raw sugar DIRECTIONS //1.
