
Ingredients:
Peaches
1 teaspoon butter (per peach)
1/2 cup Coconut Cream
3 Tablespoons Cardamom Maple Syrup
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut your peaches in half and put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add 1-2 teaspoons of butter on top of each peach. Bake for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached.
Mix the coconut cream with cardamom maple syrup. Drizzle the coconut cream/maple syrup mixture on the peaches and enjoy!
