- 1/2c dark chocolate
- 4TBLS butter
- 2TBLS Under the Bark Vanilla maple syrup
- 1oz espresso
- 1tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs (room temp/beaten)
- 2TBLS flour- works with either regular all purpose flour or GF 1 to 1 flour
- maldon sea salt to top
- ice cream to top
Preheat oven to 400
Melt chocolate + butter in double boiler
Turn off heat: add maple syrup, espresso, and vanilla.
Cool completely and slowly whisk in egg.
Fold in flour and divide between two 4in ramekins.
Bake for 10min.
Let cool on counter and flip onto a plate. Top with ice cream + salt.
