8 Strips of Bacon
1/3 Cup Under The Bark Bourbon Infused Maple Syrup, divided
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bacon on baking sheet with some space between each slice. Bake for 16 minutes or until fat has rendered and the bacon is getting crispy. Remove bacon from the oven and pour off as much fat from the pan as possible, it's easiest to take the bacon off the pan while you do this. Put the bacon back on the pan and drizzle with 1/3 of the bourbon maple syrup. Bake for 3 minutes, flip bacon and drizzle with 1/3 more syrup. Reserve 1/3 of the syrup to drizzle on at the very end. Bake for 3 additional minutes, until the maple syrup is bubbly. Remove from oven and drizzle with the remaining syrup.
