Our Process
You might be surprised to hear this, but what you see is what you get.
We personally source, prepare, and hand-fill every ingredient into each bottle. From cutting to stuffing, every step is done with care — nothing automated, nothing hidden.
How we infuse flavor.
Once each bottle is prepped with ingredients, we re-pasteurize our maple syrup to approximately 190°F.
The hot syrup is then poured into each bottle one at a time. The heat naturally extracts and infuses the flavor from the ingredients — essentially cooking it directly into the syrup.
That’s how we create most of our infusions: simple, natural, and effective.
The Exceptions:
Smoke & Bourbon
A couple flavors require a slightly different approach:
Smoke Maple Syrup
This syrup is cold-smoked for 3–4 hours, creating a deep, rich smokiness you can taste in every drop.
Bourbon Maple Syrup
We infuse the syrup with bourbon, then re-boil it to remove any remaining alcohol before bottling — leaving behind the flavor without the alcohol.
