6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Cranberry Maple Syrup - add more to taste if you prefer a sweeter dressing
2 Teaspoons Stoneground or Dijon Mustard
2 cloves of Garlic, minced
Whisk ingredients together until thoroughly emulsified, add salt & pepper to taste. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
