What’s the difference between pure and infused maple syrup?

Our Pure Maple Syrup delivers that rich, classic maple flavor. Our infused syrups start with pure maple syrup and bring in ingredients like vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, coffee beans, fruit, or peppers. Same maple goodness—with a little extra personality!

What can I use maple syrup on besides pancakes?

Which maple syrup flavors are good in coffee?

Vanilla, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Coffee, and Bourbon + Vanilla are great places to start. Add a little, stir, and adjust to your taste. Your morning coffee deserves some fun, too!

Can I use maple syrup in cocktails?

Absolutely! Maple syrup adds sweetness and flavor to Old Fashioneds, margaritas, bourbon drinks, and more. Try Bourbon for a maple twist on a classic cocktail, or Habanero when you want a little HEAT.

Can I cook or grill with your maple syrup?

Yes! Try it in a marinade, mix it into barbecue sauce, or brush it over grilled meat and vegetables. When using it as a glaze, add it near the end of cooking to help keep the maple sugars from burning.

How do I choose a flavor?

What bottle sizes do you offer?

Most flavors come in 8 oz, 12 oz, and 25 oz bottles. Size availability varies by flavor, so check the product page for the current options.

Do you have maple syrup gift bundles?

We do! Our Barista, Bartender, Brunch, and Barbecue bundles bring together three flavors around a favorite way to enjoy syrup. Check each bundle’s product page for the included flavors and bottle-size options.

Where is Under the Bark Syrup Co. located?

We’re based in Lonsdale, Minnesota! We source pure maple syrup from the Upper Midwest and bottle and infuse it here in Minnesota.

Is your maple syrup sugar-free?

No—pure maple syrup naturally contains sugar. Our syrups start with pure maple syrup, so they aren’t sugar-free.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer $5 flat-rate shipping on U.S. orders under $65 and FREE shipping on U.S. orders of $65 or more. A little more syrup might get you there!

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 days. That’s the time we need to get your order shipped; delivery time is additional.

What if my order arrives broken or something isn’t right?

Please reach out! If a bottle arrives broken, you receive the wrong item, or you believe there’s a quality issue, contact us—even if you’ve opened it. We’ll work with you to make it right at no additional cost for an issue with your order. Email hello@underthebarkmn.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of any damage or incorrect items.
