
Ingredients:
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Bourbon + Cinnamon Maple Syrup
2/3 Banana
Cookies (I used Siete's Mexican Wedding Cookies)
Make your whipped cream by whisking together your heavy whipping cream and bourbon + cinnamon maple syrup until it reaches your desired whipped cream texture.
Assemble your cup by adding your crumbled cookies into the bottom of the cup, then add the cut up banana and then the bourbon + cinnamon whipped cream. Top with a few more banana pieces and drizzle with some extra bourbon + cinnamon maple syrup!
