
Crust:
1 Graham Cracker Sleeve
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
Filling:
8oz Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Blueberry Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Eggs, at room temperature.
Extra Blueberries To Taste
Start making your graham cracker crust by crushing the sleeve of graham crackers. Combine the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter. Press the graham cracker and butter mixture into the bottom of your pan to form a thin layer for the crust.
To make the filling, start by whipping together the cream cheese, sugar, and blueberry maple syrup. Fold in the sour cream, and then add the eggs. Add the extra blueberries to taste.
Pour the mixture on top of the graham cracker crust and bake in the oven for 55 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from the oven, let it cool, and refrigerate overnight.
Remove the cheesecake from the pan and serve with a little extra blueberry maple syrup on top!
