Maple Chicken Breakfast Sausage
Recipe:
Mix together one pound ground chicken & a generous amount of salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, and garlic herb seasoning along with 1/4 cup of Under the Bark Maple Syrup- Use Habanero for some extra spice! Shape the chicken sausage mixture into little patties and pan fry on both sides til they reach 165 degrees! Serve and enjoy!
Maple Cardamom Banana Bread
Spice up your banana bread by adding some cardamom maple syrup to your banana bread recipe!
Recipe:
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup cardamom maple syrup
2 cups gluten free one to one flour or regular all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients together and bake in a greased loaf pan for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool for 10 mins before serving!
Bourbon & Vanilla Maple Candied Pecans
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Bourbon + Vanilla Maple Syrup
Salt
1 cup pecans
Add about 1/4 cup of Bourbon + Vanilla Maple Syrup to a cast iron pan with a pinch of salt. Let the syrup/salt heat up for about a minute and then add about a cup of pecans. Stir them around in the syrup until they are well coated. Put the pecans on some parchment paper to cool and once cool enjoy them as a snack or dessert or topping for a salad!

Habanero Maple Bacon Biscuits Ingredients: 4 strips of bacon 2 cups flour 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 cup milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons habanero maple syrup 6 tablespoons frozen butter Pinch of salt Whisk together your flour, baking powder, and salt. Add your frozen butter and mix til there are pea sized chunks. Add in your milk, butter, egg, bacon and habanero maple syrup and mix til it’s all incorporated.
