Habanero Maple Glazed Chicken Thighs
6 Boneless skinless Chicken Thighs
3 Tablespoons Under The Bark Habanero Infused Maple Syrup
3 Tablespoons Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Teaspoons fresh Ginger, grated
1/4 Teaspoon fresh ground Pepper
Mix all marinade ingredients together in a bowl, add chicken thighs. Cover and marinate for 24 hours.
Heat grill to 375 and take the chicken out of the fridge to let it sit on the counter.
Once grill reaches temp; Place chicken on the grill for 7 mins on each side.
Set a 5 min timer to apply first brushing of syrup; this will be 2 mins before you flip it. DO NOT POUR IT ONTO THE CHICKEN
Apply another brushing of syrup to the chicken every 2 mins until the chicken is ready. Approx 3-4 applications.
