
Ingredients//
6 Large Carrots, peeled and cut into 2 in pieces.
1 Tbs. Olive Oil
2 Tbs Under The Bark Maple Syrup
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions//
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Saute carrots with olive oil on medium heat
3. once they are slightly browned, turn down the heat and add Maple syrup
4. season with salt and pepper and put them in an oven-safe dish
5. roast for 10-15 min stirring halfway through
