Harvest Kale Salad with Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients // Salad: 6 cups kale, finely chopped 1 cup carrots, shredded 2 apples, chopped ½ cup walnuts, finely chopped ¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries 1 small red onion, sliced 2 cups cooked wild rice  Dressing: ½ cup olive oil ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette 2 Tablespoon Under The Bark Maple Syrup 2 Tablespoons dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, minced Salt and Pepper to taste Directions // 1. In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients. 2. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over salad. 3. Chill for 30 minutes and serve.
