
Ingredients:
1/4 bag chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 Tablespoons Under the Bark Bourbon Maple Syrup
Start by melting your chocolate chips in a saucepan until they are mixed together, smooth and thin enough to spread. Pour the melted chocolate in the bottom of mini cupcake holders so they form a thin layer of chocolate. Put the mini cupcake holders with the chocolate in them into the fridge or freezer until it hardens. While the chocolate is hardening, mix together 1/2 cup of peanut butter and 3 Tablespoons of Bourbon Maple Syrup. Once the thin layer of chocolate is hardened, place a small layer of the peanut butter & maple syrup mixture on top of the hardened chocolate. On top of the peanut butter and maple syrup mixture, pour another layer of chocolate on top until you cannot see any of the peanut butter mixture. Once fully covered in chocolate, place the mini cupcake holders with the peanut butter and chocolate mix back into the fridge or freezer until they harden. Once the chocolate is completely hardened, enjoy your Bourbon Maple Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups!
