
Let pork chops sit at room temperature for about 45 mins before grilling. Heat up your grill to about 350 degrees. Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops. Grill Pork chops on one side for about 5 minutes, then flip and grill on the other side for about 3 minutes. Brush Smoke Maple Syrup on top and cook for one more minute or until the internal temperature is 145 degrees. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving!
