INGREDIENTS //
4 cups shredded Broccoli Stems
⅓ cup sliced or slivered Almonds
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Three Rivers Farm Ginger Maple Syrup
Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS //
1. Mix broccoli stems and almonds.
2. In a separate bowl whisk together mayonnaise and ginger maple syrup.
3. Toss dressing with broccoli mixture, and season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Chill until ready to serve.
