Returns and Refunds

This is the return and refund policy of UnderTheBarkMN.com. Because of tight margins and high shipping costs, we want to minimize refund requests by ensuring you purchase exactly what you want and need. Before we issue a refund, we will take every possible measure to replace your purchase to ensure your satisfaction. You have 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery to request a return or refund. If there is nothing wrong with your purchase and you simply want a refund, you may request one within this 30-day window, provided the product is returned unopened and in the original box it was sent, at your expense for return shipping. If the box has been opened and you return it within the 30-day window, you are also responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will accommodate your refund request after deducting a restocking fee consisting of the greater of $15 or 10% of the purchase price, as well as the cost of replacing any damaged product on uninsured ship-backs. Again, we will work with you to make sure you have selected the product that is right for you because we want you to be happy and be a lifelong customer.
