Ingredients //
1 c unsalted butter
½ c Sugar
¼ c Maple Syrup
¾ c light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ⅔ c all-purpose flour
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 ½ c oats
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions //
For cookies:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix butter and sugars
3. Add egg and vanilla
4. Add dry ingredients to butter and sugar mixture *Add more flour if you like your cookies thicker)
5. Fold in oats
6. Scoop onto baking sheet
7. Bake 12-13 min

1. Add 1 c powdered sugar
2. 3 Tbs. Maple Syrup
3. 1 Tbs. Hot water
